Serve many clients with each server thread, and use asynchronous I/O

  Hi,
   I found interesting web site about network performance in different web servers. This is the web page http://www.kegel.com/c10k.html
I'm interested is it possible in future versions of GnuTLS to add support in the library to serve many clients with each server thread, and use asynchronous I/O?
Or it's already implemented?
