[Gpaint-develop] gpaint changes

Andy,

I had some time this weekend to work on gpaint. The changes have been
committed into cvs.

image_buf.c : finished the change to initialize the foreground and
background colors. The graphics context and the gnome color pickers are
initialized to black foreground, white background.

clipboard.c : fixed a bug in which the app would crash if you selected
cut, copy, or paste from the menu before selecting an area on the image.

callbacks.c, fileio.c, print.c, image_processing.c : fixed compiler 
warnings.
