The only change was to provide a configure option to allow building
without requiring gnome-print. Andy made the change and I happily used it
blissfully unaware of what changes he might have made.
If Andy no longer has the code or remembers what he did I'll try and dig
out a copy of the tarball he made for me, as I am reasonably sure I have
it backed up somewhere.
