Yo All!

gpsd version 3.26.1 is released.  This is a bug fix to 3.26 to
increment the libgps.so  version.  Needed for packaing in distributions.

The tarballs are in the usual place:

      Increment libgps version
      Update Debian Trixie in build.adoc
      Fix buffer overrun in cgps.
