Author: Eric S. Raymond <address@hidden>

Slightly less crode merge - both speedometers seem to work now.

But the style switch is a global.

commit 6819fc8b4a44b41a03b33cd16ab056cf22b9fa45
Author: Eric S. Raymond <address@hidden>
Date: Thu Jan 17 09:02:47 2013 -0500

Crude merge of Chen Wei's code - basically elbows aside original xgpsspeed.

commit 9bd03451ac11143aa3348a6874c58363da51b5b7
Author: Eric S. Raymond <address@hidden>
Date: Wed Jan 16 15:49:47 2013 -0500

I think the NOFLOAT todo is no longer either realistic or necessary.

Since we've measured gpsd at less than 1% of CPU utilization on
low-power ARMs, NOFLOAT would be a solution looking for a problem.
And given what we have to do to compute error estimates, doing away
with floats was probably doomed anyway.
