[gpsd-dev] Support for Qualcomm Gobi 2000

Hello,

I have a Qualcomm Gobi 2000 3g modem (USB ID: 05c6:9205), and its built-in
GPS receiver works fine as a generic NMEA device once the string "$GPS_START"
(from my testing, it works both with or without a trailing '\n') is written into
it.  "$GPS_STOP" may be used to disable the receiver, presumably to save power.

It would be nice if gpsd could send these strings automatically.
