Yo All!
I just tested Garmin USB. Mostly working, but:
In direct mode:
dagwood ~ # gpsctl -s 38400 -f /dev/ttyUSB1
/dev/ttyUSB1 identified as a Garmin USB binary 273: 2.90 at 9600 baud.
gpsctl:ERROR: Garmin USB binary devices have no speed switch.
And in indirect mode:
dagwood ~ # gpsctl -s 38400
gpsctl:ERROR: /dev/ttyUSB1 driver won't support 38400N1
Garmin USB speed change used to work. So at a minimum the ERROR message
is a lie.
