Those were errors that showed up when I added the sample AIVDM data load.

I was seeing them but gpsd slipped through the cracks when day job picked up.

IIRC they are all hitting edge cases of the AIVDM processing logic, IIRC they
all end up dropping what ever data message was being parsed.

They should eventually be cleaned up.
