Subject: [gpsd-dev] commit removing libgpsd.pc.in (1eab3025) - CentOS 6.7 and Fedora 23 clean builds break

A recent commit seems to have broken my automated builds on CentOS 6.7 i686 and Fedora 23 x86_64.

I suspect the commit is http://git.savannah.gnu.org/cgit/gpsd.git/commit/?id=1eab30258e10cf2601e2e51aff50faf016aa3785 "Remove now superfluous [1] libgpsd.pc.in now that libgpsd is not installed"

Both error messages look like this:
17:57:43 scons: *** [build] Source `libgpsd.pc' not found, needed by target `build'.

These Jenkins builds are done in clean (that is, empty) workspaces.
