I'm seeing check errors on ARMs, Pi 1, Pi 2, Pi 3, and BeagleBone Black. It
works on PCs, both 32 and 64 bit, Linux and FreeBSD. NetBSD gets the
familiar timing errors.

Regression test FAILED: 1 errors in 107 tests total (0 not found).
The following test Failed:
================================================================
"test/daemon/rtcm3.2.log"
================================================================
Elapsed time: 201.90
scons: *** [gps-regress] Error 1
scons: building terminated because of errors.

The log file is 400K. Here is the start of the mess:
