A bit job. Have at it.

Just on gentoo there are at least 5 different dhcp client's.
On the one I use, I have to put this in /dev/conf.d/net:
dhcpcd_wlan0="-C resolv.conf -C ntp.conf"
Simpler just to make the file immutable, that works on any sane file
system:
# chattr +i /etc/ntp.conf
