Hey all, 

Here are two minor patches to the output of gpspipe: 

1. Patch: gpsipe outputs gmtime instead of localtime:
(i.e. 'gpspipe -rtu')

2. Patch: gpspipe may now output timestame as iso8601:  
"2018-12-07T15:01:20.08097Z"  with '-rtuZ' 
This does not affect the output of '-rtu'.
