Hi,
I am trying to, the hard way, build gpsd on a fresh, clean, Ubuntu install. This will help validate build.txt .
Questions:
Is libusb-dev now a hard requirement? scons does not proceed without that. The instructions say it is optional
pkgconf is not installed by default
