QZSS is always required.  See the u-blox doc for why:

"To avoid cross-correlation issues, it is recommend that GPS and QZSS
are always both enabled or disabled."

ubxtool enforces this, thus less need to reference it the PPP-howto.

The document is brand new, I suspect it needs a lot of debugging.  Bonus
points for the first person to get their own CSRS-PPP report.

As for GLONASS, for some undocumented reason u-blox breaks UBX-RXM-RAWX if
GLONASS is on.  But Javad is happy with GLONASS, and it helps a bit.  I'm
pondering the best text to explain it.
