Yo All!

All regressions are now fixed.  The date rollover put some
GPS epoch 1 regressions into late epoch 2, past the 18 Jan 2038
date when 32 bit time fails.  The last fix was to roll back 2037
dates to GPS epoch 1, from epoch 2.  This should work fine until 2037.
With luck the 32-bit time problem will be solved by then...
