I'm guessing you neglected to change the model to your need?
Look at dynModel in UBX-CFG-NAV5.
What do you count as "moving"? A bicycle, a car, an airplane, a
rocket?
What sort of lag do you think you see?
What update rate? 1Hz, 10Hz, 20Hz?
What sort of error?
