Way easier to use ubxtool or u-center.  Otherwise you have to hand
code the u-blox binary message UBX-CFG-NAV5.  Then compute the
checksum, and send it to your GPS.

The easiest way is to practice with ubxtool to see it works.  Then
turn up the debugging and see the exact message sent.  The figure
out a way to send it to the GPS.

You can always change it on a workstation, save the config, then
use that GPS on the system without the tools.

Way more work than ust using ubxtool.
