I only see a patch one and two.

Patch two failed to apply:

MRs avoid patch apply issues.

So this is a different patch number 1?  I like commit 
4c22fec27a5dc124127431bc6b431c29fbfc6ae8.  It puts all the 
environment variables in one place.
