You can also shoot yourself, your weapon won't stop you. If thats OK,
you'll have to decide on yourself. Just because you CAN do a thing it
does not mean that it makes sense to do it or the result is useful. Even
in Gentoo you can't move every file around as you like to.

If there are potential uses for it, then it needs to stay in $prefix/lib
and ctypes stuff needs to search trough the ld path.
