Yo All!
The dist-1f (RHEL) pipeline now works.
A lot of cruft in gpsd.spec.in, but since I rarely use RHEL I'll leave
it for now.
Looks like we have a chicken and egg thing. scons patches
gpsd.spec.in to make gpsd.spec which in turn runs scons...
Not sure how that works, but potentially problematic.
