Yo All!

Another new gpscsv option:
        gpscsv -c SAT

That dumps the individual satellite records from the SKY message, one
line at a time:

    # contrib/gpscsv -c SAT
    time,gnssid,svid,PRN,az,el,ss,used,health
    2020-08-20T02:45:18.000Z,0,1,1,227.0,46.0,49.0,True,1
    2020-08-20T02:45:18.000Z,0,3,3,309.0,58.0,41.0,True,1
    2020-08-20T02:45:18.000Z,0,4,4,264.0,30.0,32.0,True,1
    2020-08-20T02:45:18.000Z,0,11,11,211.0,11.0,40.0,True,1
    [...]

I'm not sure what to do with that. Maybe a polar plot like gpsprof?

With that, I'm running out of ideas. I'd like to dump the Subframes,
but I don't see this is the right scheme for that.
