Yo All!

New gpscsv option:
        gpscsv -c ALMANAC

That dumps the Almanacs from Subframes 4 and 5.

I find it interesting to watch how fast the EPHEM come in, and how the
Almanacs trickle in.

Just a few more Subframe pages to decode (Iono, Health, NMCT etc.).  But
not today.
