Using LGTM for gpsd

Hi,

Over on the ntpsec project, Eric is hard at work closing issues raised by lgtm.com.

In the hope that this will be useful to someone who can red code, I have setup a similar analysis for gpsd.

The good news is gpsd has only 13 alerts, compared to 103 for ntpsec :-)
