Yo All!

I converted the gpsdctl man page to asciidoc, and updated scons to
build html pages from .adoc files.

The html result is here:

A bit more whitespace than I would prefer, and some off styling, but
workable.

Comments?

The big win is that .adoc is so much easier to work with than .sml
(DocBook).

pandoc does an OK .xml to .adoc conversion.

ESR's docdoc fails, but might be worth fixing for this job.

The end goal is no more xmlto, xsltproc or .xml.  Simpler, and a
bunch of bugs will be left behind.
