Hi,

Tested on a corner case:

• i386
• debian bullseye (testing)
  
• scons 4.2
• clang 11

cgps and ppscheck work.  ntpsec is happy.

My gps is MTK-3301 , and detected as such.  I thought this had been deprecated?

I just bumped 3.23~rc2

AFAIK there are no blocking bugs to release of 3.23.

I'll wait until Friday (24 hours) to release.
