Some of that says it ought to work better, and faster data rate says it
ought to work less well.  I believe it is highly likely better.  But
that's different from someone actually measuring it.

And, the blurb says it is because of better spectrum protection, not
because of signal structure and power.   That I  am particularly
skeptical of.
