Sure. But as a math-nerd thing, they have clarified some of the
assumptions about the fundamentals, and I think that's very useful and I
don't mean to criticize the authors or the paper. The number of papers
about solving carrier phase equations (needed for RTK) is huge, but it's
very difficult optimization.
It was only really the framing in the press release as being about
practical navigation that was goofy.
