Positive: no need for an autobaud and autodetect sequence every
time a client connects to gpsd. Your PPS will work even with no gpsd
clients connected.
Negative: Using the "-n" may, in a few cases, cost you a bit of power.
It may also prevent some deep sleep modes.
I cant speak to how it may or may not interact with systemd(ingleberry).
