There is a workaround for that in git head.  That should only
come up in cross-compilng.  How are you trying to build gpsd?
Please send the commend line and full build output.

And you checked your PYTHONPATH?  What is your PYTHONPATH, and
where did gps.py get installed?

No one is maintaining gpsmon.  Use cgps or xgps instead.

No attached files.  In general, screenshots are not helpful here.
Please cut/paste the screen data.

The "skyview" pane in cgps or xgps.
