From the first doc:

        # ubxtool -p SAVE  -P 18.00
        I't's unclear whether these commands need to be run as root or not.

I thought we had discussed that to death here:

    ubxtool never needs root access, but will run fine as root.

I see lots to fix inre sudo and systemd, but I'm already tired out.

You will find better ways of installing in the gpsd doc.

Is your gpsGetSatellites.c a copy of gpsd/gpssnmp.c or vice versa?
