Thanks for joining the graphics team!
Respects your Freedom
The FSF is developing a new policy to offer endorsements to hardware
manufactures that distribute products that fully respect free software.
These products will display a graphic on their packaging that will
represent this endorsement. We are looking for a graphic that can scale
easily and that incorporates values associated with free software - rms
says the design should convey that the product "Respects your freedom".
Initially, I am looking for a range of design ideas that rms can
evaluate and select favorites from. I expect the first endorsement to
be announced during June, so we are on a tight time-line. Can I ask that
initial ideas be submitted prior to May 10, to go in a batch to rms.
Let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks
Peter
