A better fix, replacing fix 2002-08-15, for increasing SIZE.

* src/devices/grohtml/post-html.cc (char_block): Make `buffer'
a pointer.
(char_block::char_block): Allocate `buffer'.
(char_buffer::add_string): Use it.
