    groff_char(7): Clarify discussion of NBSP and SHY.
    
    Mention @g@troff instead of groff since formatter behavior is
    specifically at issue.
    
    Thanks to Dave Kemper for the discussion.
    
    Fixes item #4 in Savannah #57618.
