    [man pages]: Update xrefs to our Texinfo manual.
    
    Make the main/full-service macro packages (except for those restricted
    to production of man pages) refer to the groff Texinfo manual, and do so
    consistently.
    
    * contrib/mm/groff_mm.7.man (See also):
    * contrib/mom/groff_mom.7.man (See also): Add cross reference.
    
    * tmac/groff_me.7.man (See also):
    * tmac/groff_ms.7.man (See also): Describe the manual and explain how to
      view it (for those intrepid souls who can stand to use info(1)).
