PROBLEMS: Fix content and style nits.
* Refer to "AT&T troff", not "ditroff".
* Lightly recast the paper size item.
* Add cross reference to groff(1) in paper size item since the man page
has an entire subsection on paper size issues.
* Say "application defaults files", not "application resource files".
* Space around headings more consistently.
* Update editor aid hint comment.
