in repository groff.

commit 775ffb86589a0fd1e16d329ade6ebc81e859363a
Author: G. Branden Robinson <g.branden.robinson@gmail.com>

    m4/groff.m4: Fix code style nits.

    * m4/groff.m4 (GROFF_PERL, GROFF_APPDEFDIR_OPTION, GROFF_MAKE_RM): Fix
      code style nits. Update indentation and "brace style" to match recent
      practice. Use `dnl` to provide comments that are relevant only to
      m4/Autoconf source and keep them from going into the generated
      'configure' shell script.

    Also recast some comments and tweak whitespace for consistency.

    Also give `GROFF_APPDEFDIR_NOTICE` message a one-sentence summary.
