    NEWS: Update items.
    
    * Clarify multi-roff support horizons for `\s[NNN]` syntax.
    * Consistently set file names in double quotes.
    * Coalesce `IX` macro removal into one item for mm and ms.
    * Reform terminology: say "typesetting devices", not "typesetters".
    * Bump year.
