    [ms]: Fix Savannah #66339 (starting doc w/ `DS`).
    
    * tmac/s.tmac (DS): Break line unconditionally, ensuring that that the
      top-of-page trap springs even if the document starts with a call of
      this macro.

    Hoff for the report.  Problem introduced by me in commit 1887bbe68c, 5
    November 2021.
