Hello:

Now that I can devote some time to the HOWTO, I'll get the first draft
(its a little ugly just now) out ASAP.  I've also discovered that I
can set up a small web site on the University's computer, so I'll post
the PostScript and source files for inspection and comment (I'm sure
there'll be some - this isn't write once text)

I'll advise on this list as soon as I have something you can look at.
