[Groff] picture names with -Thtml

Gaius,

is there any chance to improve picture names with -Thtml?
`grohtml-32047-48.png' is really ugly. And it has some great
disadvantages:

. If you rerun groff, you get another set of images because the
process id has changed. This should be enabled only for debugging
    purposes.

. It is far too easy to accidentally remove an image if you have
many of them due to the similarity of the names.

. It isn't possible to recognize which image belongs to which
    document (and vice versa).

What I would like to see is that images are named `foo-nnn.png' for
document `foo' (nnn a running number). Another nice thing would be to
have an option so that grohtml put all images into a subdirectory.

    Werner
