In German this is

        Donaudampfschifffahrtsgesellschaftskapitänskajütentür

This is on the TODO list since ever.  TeX has this mechanism also.
But it is not easy to implement -- hyphenation stuff is quite
complicated in GNU troff compared to other parts.
