That's the one. Currently, it's available on O'Reilly's
website as a package of scanned pages (in PBM or PDF
formats, the PBMs are a bit smaller). There's a link to
the directory from my web page:

That page also links to what's been transcribed so far.

I suspect you have groff 1.17.2 -- type   groff -v   at
the command line to verify. Only the CVS releases come
with the full complement of documentation, including a
half-complete Texinfo-based manual. I think (hope) that's
going to change for 1.18.

Check the web page where I'm putting the files -- if a
file is marked "M" that means "markup complete" and you
shouldn't have any clashes. Just post to the groff list,
say "I'm going to edit Chapter 5" or whatever, and if
nobody squawks you can edit away. :-) There's a few files
that are completely marked up (Chapter 5 being one of
them) and ready for you to edit. Just send me a gzipped
file with your fixes & I'll put it up.
