There is an update for www.tmac appended to this mail. It contains
a strict text on `.substring'. The automated break point mechanism
is only enabled if this test succeeds, otherwise www.tmac behaves
just like before. This makes it possible to use www.tmac even in older
versions of groff.
This is helpful for documents like the FHS, which adds the needed groff
macro files together with the document source file.
