[Groff] failed to pull cvs

I followed instructions to the letter and the result is:

And the process just hangs there indefinately ?!?

Is my cvs out of date ?
I tried with the z9 and without it but to no avail....
I have a firewall on my machine. Could that be the reason ?

My cvs version is 1.11.1p1

Any help would be welcome....
