[Groff] UTP Errors(?)

I am using groff 1.15 on OpenBSD-current (3.2).  These are the other errors I 
get.  Are any of these due to not using the most recent groff?

$ groff -pt -ms ch03.t > ch03.ps  
ch03.t:3249: warning: can't find special character `dq'

$ groff -pt -ms ch04.t > ch04.ps

ch04.t:1095: warning: indent cannot be negative
