[Groff] Possible bug?

OK, I might just be stupid, and be missing something obvious, or it might be a 
problem with gs instead of groff, but...

I recently installed groff 1.18.1, going from 1.17.2 that was included with 
Slack.  All of a sudden, all my postscript documents stopped fitting their 
pages.  They all seemed to start about a half an inch too high.  As a result, 
headers are chopped off, and sometimes even body text goes MIA.  Anyone else 
noticed a problem like this?  And does anybody know how to fix it?
