   Thanks for the letting me know this has been fixed.

   On a related note, you and the other subscribers to this forum will
be pleased to know that the book I wrote using groff, the -ms macros,
ghostscript and xfig -- Functional Verification Coverage Measurement and
Analysis -- is in the process of being printed as I write.  It would not
have been possible without your assistance and the other members of this
forum.  Thank you all!
