Reading groff_out(5), there does not seem to be a way of
specifing the paper size directly through the intermediate
language.  You could perhaps fudge things with an "X" device
control command, but that would still be nontrivial, because
grops still has to convert from groff coordinates (0,0 at
upper left) to Postscript coordinates (0,0 at lower left)
(you could override this with an "\X'ps: exec ... translate'"
as part of the page header code on every page).  Nevertheless,
it might not be a bad idea to implement such a feature,
as Postscript does have a way of selecting input trays, and
this would allow us to, for example, print a letter and the
corresponding envelope from the same groff file.
