It would be much better to fix the floating environment of -ms, so
that the following works:

  .KF
  .TS
  nokeep;
  ...
  .TE
  .KE

Any volunteers to implement that?  It should be rather simple, namely
to set a flag in .KF (or .KS) which is tested in .TS to avoid a new
diversion.  Maybe it can be even implemented without tbl's `nokeep'
option...
