You can use netpbm; it's in Cygwin. The pipeline to make your conversion is: jpegtopnm foo.jpg | pnmtops > foo.eps This actually produces EPSF, which I think groff has no problem with.If you prefer the convert utility, their page - http:// imagemagick.org/ -
